Working with Validators and Messages in AngularJS
In a previous post we looked at a custom validation directive to confirm a user’s password. The bigger picture from the post was not about how to register a user for a website, but how to work with the new validation and validation message features introduced in Angular 1.3, which just fully released this week. Mobile Apps for Web Developers
The path of a mobile app developer often begins with a choice: develop for iOS, Android or Windows? It’s a choice that instantly diminishes the size of your potential audience, but developers often hold their nose and reluctantly make a decision. Those who need to reach all three app stores, choose to rewrite the application for each platform. Visual Studio enables you to have maximum reach while achieving significant code re-use. With Xamarin, C# developers can share business logic across iOS, Android, and Windows applications. With Apache Cordova, web developers can achieve maximal code re-use by building cross-platform mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Master-Details View in ASP.NET MVC using WEB API, jQuery and Knockout.js

Docker and Microsoft: Integrating Docker with Windows Server and Microsoft Azure

I’m excited to announce today that Microsoft is partnering with Docker, Inc to enable great container-based development experiences on Linux, Windows Server and Microsoft Azure. Docker is an open platform that enables developers and administrators to build, ship, and run distributed applications. Consisting of Docker Engine, a lightweight runtime and packaging tool, and Docker Hub, a cloud service for sharing applications and automating workflows, Docker enables apps to be quickly assembled from components and eliminates the friction between development, QA, and production environments.
